COOLMAY ‘s All-in-one PLC HMI is a product line that integrates:

  • PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) – Programmable Controller,

  • and HMI (Human Machine Interface) – Human-machine interface screen.

This combination creates a compact, space-saving, cost-effective device that is easy to install in an automation control system.

MAIN STRUCTURE OF PLC HMI COOLMAY

1. HMI (Human Machine Interface) Screen Section

  • Screen size : 4.3″, 7″, 10.1″, depending on model.

  • Screen type : TFT touch screen, high resolution, color display support.

  • User Interface : Allows visual display of information such as device status, charts, virtual buttons…

  • Interface programming : Through software such as CoolMayView or HMIWorks .

2. Phần PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)

  • Central processor : Takes on logic processing, calculation, and control functions.

  • Programming language : Ladder (LD), STL (instruction list), supports programming software KM-Software or GX Developer (compatible with Mitsubishi).

  • Program memory : Usually 8K steps or more, depending on the line.

3. I/O connection ports

  • Digital Inputs : Receive signals from sensors, buttons, switches…

  • Digital Outputs : Control devices such as relays, valves, small motors…
