PANEL PUR/PIR

PU Panel is made up of a closed-structure Polyurethane core with high density, creating a solid and durable structure. In addition, PU Panel is produced by 2 components in the water system, through the swelling process, it adheres evenly on the entire 2 new corrugated iron surfaces to form the core of the Panel, creating a solid block, different from other conventional Panels that require glue to stick the layers together. Therefore, PU Panel has outstanding advantages compared to other types of soundproof and heat-insulating Panels.

 STRUCTURE

Consists of 3 layers: Top layer: made from aluminum-zinc alloy color-coated steel that can resist oxidation, antibacterial and corrosion with an average thickness of 0.4mm – 0.6mm. The thickness of this base layer depends on each function of the project to be able to choose the appropriate type. Middle layer: is a PU foam layer (Polyurethane) with the effect of insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation. Bottom layer: similar to the top layer, the bottom layer of the PU Panel is also made of aluminum-zinc alloy color-coated steel to ensure anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation.
