Middle layer: is a PU foam layer (Polyurethane) with the effect of insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation. In addition, PU Panel is produced by 2 components in the water system, through the swelling process, it adheres evenly on the entire 2 new corrugated iron surfaces to form the core of the Panel, creating a solid block, different from other conventional Panels that require glue to stick the layers together.
