HEPA filter is made of a mesh of randomly arranged glass fibers with a small diameter of about 0.5 – 2 micrometers. With such a small size, the filter can easily catch ultra-small dust particles that other filters cannot catch.

Technical information

HEPA filter for clean room by clean room level:

– If the clean room is class 100,000 ( GMP level D), choose HEPA H13 filter.

– If the clean room has class 10,000 (level C) , choose HEPA filter level H14.

– If the clean room has class 1,000 to 100 (level A & B) then choose ULPA filter level U15.

– If the clean room has class 1 to 10, choose ULPA filter level U17.
